To use Ziba Pay payment services, you must register a merchant account, provide accurate identity and business verification documents, and maintain the security of your credentials and API access tokens.
Ziba Pay acts as a technology service provider facilitating payment collection via supported mobile money channels, debit cards, and bank transfers. Settlement of processed funds is subject to verification checks and standard operating schedules.
Merchants may not use Ziba Pay to facilitate illegal goods or services, unlicensed gambling, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that violates regional financial regulations or payment provider rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or present undue security risks. Updates to these terms will be posted with an updated revision date.
